Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), subject, message, and any horse you mention.
Messages you send us on Facebook Messenger or Instagram when those channels are connected to our systems.
Basic technical data needed to run the site (for example, standard server logs and security checks).
Staff accounts for our private admin tools (email and authentication data).

To respond to inquiries about horses, visits, programs, and employment or working-student interest.
To keep a record of conversations so our team can follow up appropriately.

When enabled, new inquiry contacts may also be created in the farm’s Google Contacts account via Google’s People API so our staff can follow up. That sync is for authorized staff use of our address book; the public website does not require Google sign-in.

Retention
We keep inquiry and contact records as long as needed for business follow-up, horse sales history, and legitimate operational records, unless a longer or shorter period is required by law.

You can stop messaging us on social platforms at any time; platform settings are controlled by Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
